Kalarippayattu is an Indian martial art and is considered one of the oldest fighting systems in existence. Rooted in the state of Kerala, Kalarippayat includes strikes, kicks, grappling, preset forms, weaponry and healing methods. Praise to Guru C Sankaranarayana Menon for being a gracious host.
